It's Official....

Well, here we sit...me & The Little Miss. 

Typing out, what over the course of the last 6 weeks I had doubts that I would ever get to officially announce...

 {{{DRUM ROLL, PLEASE...}}}

 THE HOUSE IS ON THE MARKET!!

 Whew! There were some days when I truly did not know if we were going to make it to this point. It felt like everything I pulled out, Lucy "picked up"...and everything I picked up, Lucy pulled out! Closets AND attics AND pantries AND cupboards AND garage AND closets AND under beds AND under sinks AND in desks AND in drawers...but we finally finally made it!! Now, it's not perfect but I am learning to let go of my expectations of perfect these days.

It will do.

Thank you for those of you who have been praying for us during this stressful season of trying to get the house ready. I do feel a burden lifted now that we are here, and I do feel like it is going to be easier to maintain the status of a spotless house than it was to get it to this point- which is a PRAISE because I was really fearing this season of having the house on the market. We are five days in & surviving so far :) But there are a few things I could ask you to pray for while we are in this season of having it listed:

1) PRAY that it would sell quickly! 

We will be one step closer to the field as soon as it sells...

2) PRAY for my mental well-being when it does sell!

{I really dread transitional living... in the past I've gotten anxious/depressed because I can't nest and make it my permanent home. I hate living out of boxes, etc.}

3) PRAY that while we are still in this home, we are able to invest in the relationships around us

I think we might be moving to Africa, folks. 

I think we just might :)
